In the News: DUI Interlock law passes Indiana House Committee

A new DUI law that would require first-time DUI offenders to have interlock devices installed in their vehicles has passed the Indiana state House Judiciary Committee. The existing law provides for mandatory interlock devices for repeat offenders.
