On Saturday, March 14, 95 Pittsburgh Police officers will be patrolling the St. Patrick’s Day parade route and the Market Square area in Downtown Pittsburgh. The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will also have 20 enforcement officers on duty in Market Square. Pittsburgh Police will also have an increased presence on the South Side.
During last year’s festivities, Pittsburgh Police arrested 100 revelers.
