The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that District Judge Richard King is allowing those charged with summary offenses in his jurisdiction extra time to reconcile their accounts before he issues warrants for non-payment. The Post-Gazette notes:

The fines are the result of citations issued by Mount Oliver borough police, the Mount Oliver ordinance officer, city school police, Port Authority police or truancy citations sent out by the city school district.
