In the News: PA Legislator introduces legislation requiring interlock for first-time DUI offenders

State Representative Paul Clymer has reintroduced legislation that would require first-time DUI offenders in Pennsylvania to have an interlock device installed on their vehicles. Under the existing law, only repeat DUI offenders are required to use the interlock device.
