This 15-minute phone call is a brief, introductory conversation. It is designed to get the basic facts of your situation, identify what stage your case is at, and figure out if our firm is the right fit for your case.
What is NOT Included
Because post-conviction and appellate work involves a thorough review, we do not provide legal advice, review dockets, read trial transcripts, or evaluate the strength of your case during a free screening.
If we decide that the case is a good fit for Bickerton Legal Services, we’ll move forward to scheduling a comprehensive case evaluation where we review the case materials and discuss strategy and pricing.
