In the News: MS legislator proposes interlock for first DUI

Mississippi State Representative Philip Gunn is proposing a new DUI law that would require first-time DUI offenders to have an interlock device installed on their vehicles. Under existing DUI law, interlock devices are only mandatory for a second or subsequent DUI offense.
