Magistrate Carolyn Bengel found 69 drivers not guilty in the Pittsburgh Traffic Court last week. Magistrate Bengel disapproved of the fact that the police officers did not appear in court to identify drivers. Additionally, the police liaison did not produce a valid calibration certificate for ENRAD tickets.
