An Ohio DEA agent has been charged with obstruction of justice, making false statements, perjury and civil rights violations for allegedly framing suspects. Agent Lee Michael Lucas is accused of falsifying his police reports, withholding relevant evidence, and giving false testimony in trials where the defendant was accused of selling drugs.
