Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced a new, short-term expedited pardon for people who have been convicted of marijuana possession in Pennsylvania.
Announced with Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman, the program would grant pardons to people who have been convicted of Simple Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana.
The program is free and is only available from September 1st to September 30th, 2022.
