In the News: Proposed Texas DUI Bills

Texas legislators are proposing new DUI laws. In one DUI bills, sobriety checkpoints would be permitted on public roads in Texas. In another bill, any individual in an injury-related accident would be subject to a blood draw, as would anyone with two or more prior DUI convictions.
