Miss Teen Louisiana was arrested and charged with theft and possession of suspected marijuana. Lindsey Evans and friends allegedly skipped out on a $46.07 bill at a restaurant. Along with the unpaid bill, Evans left her purse with her driver’s license and suspected marijuana behind. Although some sources state that Evans paid her share of the bill, police claim that she confessed to leaving the restaurant without paying.
