The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that in 2008, the number of police chases decreased by 6.3% from the 2007 figure. New data has been released showing that between November 26th and November 30th, 2008, nine people were killed and 321 people were injured in the 1,042 crashes to which state police responded.
